Daylesford Winery Tour. Pick up from your location in
Daylesford or from the Visitor Information Centre. Enjoy
the wineries without the worries of driving.
Wineries available to visit include: Basalt Ridge,
Big Shed Wines, Butlers Lane of Glenlyon, Cloudscape
Wines, Ellender Estate, Wombat Forest Vineyard and Zig
Zag Road Winery. |

Captains Creek Organic Wines is a small family owned
vineyard producing premium handcrafted certified organic
wines. Situated at Blampied near Daylesford, Captains
Creek produces organic wines from the noble grape
varieties - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. |

(Horse Riding)
Boomerang Ranch offers horse riding, with all rides
supervised. The trail rides take you through beautiful
bush land allowing you to experience nature first hand.
Trail rides cater for the absolute beginner through to

Tuki has a trout fishing facility with spring fed
ponds and licensed restaurant; guests are welcome to
fish and have complimentary use of rods. Your catch is
cleaned and packaged for you, and the trout are $12.90kg

Canoeing (On Jubilee Lake)
Jubilee Lake, at the south-eastern edge of town, was
constructed in 1860 to supply water for the goldfields
and for domestic purposes. It is now a popular spot for
boating, picnicking and swimming. Picnic facilities,
wood BBQ's, toilets, playground, boating, kiosk. Circuit

Ellender Estate ([Fine Tasting)
Ellender Estate is a 40 acre property nestled in the
hills on the north-western boundary of the Macedon
Ranges Wine Region. Winemaker, Graham Ellender, produces
ultra-cool climate wines from his estate vines,
resulting in the 'Ellender" label. Graham has opted to
grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot
Gris grapes. |

Lavandula Farm
(Lavender products and dining)
Lavandula is a little taste of Europe. Stone farmhouse
buildings cluster around a cobbled courtyard, surrounded
by a beautiful garden, lavender fields, the creek and
distant hills. The Barn stocks homewares and garments,
and Lavandula's range of potions good for body and soul.
At La Trattoria eat indoors or al fresco in the ash
